New Issue: Qatar National Bank sells HK$475 million 1% three-year notes at par

Los Angeles, July 29 – QNB Finance Ltd. priced HK$475 million of 1% senior notes due July 29, 2024 (Aa3) guaranteed by Qatar National Bank QPSC at par, according to a notice.

Standard Chartered Bank is the dealer for the non-syndicated offering.

The series 367 notes were issued under the bank’s $22.5 billion medium-term note program and listed on the London Stock Exchange.

Proceeds from the Regulation S offering will be used for general corporate purposes.

The commercial bank’s headquarters are in Doha, Qatar.
