Buffalo, N.Y., Sept. 9 – Singapore-based Kenon Holdings Ltd. said subsidiary OPC Energy Ltd. priced NIS 851 million of 2˝% series C bonds, according to a 6-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The bonds are repayable over 12 semiannual payments beginning in February 2024 and with the final payment in August 2030.
Kenon is a Singapore-based investment holding company. Its subsidiaries operate power generation facilities in Israel.
