New Issue: Mutares sells €50 million tap of Euribor plus 600 bps notes due 2024

New York, April 22 –Mutares SE & Co. KGaA priced a €50 million tap issue of floating-rate notes due 2024 with a coupon of Euribor plus 600 basis points, according to a regulatory release.
Pareto Securities AS managed the deal. The original €80 million deal was issued on Feb. 14.
The Germany-based company invests in medium-sized companies in turnaround situations.
