Columbus, Ohio, Sept. 22 – Energir LP priced a private placement of C$200 million of 4.67% 10-year series 2022-2 first mortgage bonds (A//DBRS: A) at 99.984 on Thursday, according to a news release.
BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc. and RBC Capital Markets acted as joint bookrunners and co-lead private placement agents. BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc., Desjardins Securities Inc., National Bank Financial Inc., Scotia Capital Inc., CIBC World Markets Inc., TD Securities Inc. and Casgrain & Co. Ltd. are agents.
The company will use the proceeds to repay debt and for general corporate purposes.
