New Issue: Sembcorp sells S$675 million 2.66% sustainability-linked notes due 2032

Buffalo, N.Y., Oct. 6 – Singapore’s Sembcorp Financial Services Pte. Ltd. issued S$675 million 2.66% sustainability-linked notes due April 6, 2032, according to an announcement on Wednesday.

The series 002 notes are issued under the S$3 billion multicurrency debt issuance program established with parent company, Sembcorp Industries Ltd., on April 3.

The notes are guaranteed by the parent company.

DBS Bank Ltd. and United Overseas Bank Ltd. are the joint lead managers and joint bookrunners for the offering. DBS Bank Ltd. is also the principal paying agent.

Listing for the notes is expected on the Singapore Exchange effective Oct. 7.

Sembcorp is an engineering and construction contractor in Singapore.
