Brown Jordan to end SEC filings

Washington, March 28 - Brown Jordan International, Inc. said it will stop making voluntary filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Instead it has agreed to provide unaudited financial reports direct to investors holding its $105 million principal amount 12¾% senior subordinated notes due 2007 and $135 million of senior secured notes due May 1, 2007

The Pompano Beach, Fla. based maker of lawn furniture made the announcement in an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
