New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.27 million autocallable contingent interest notes on Baker Hughes

New York, April 1 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.27 million of autocallable contingent interest notes due April 1, 2027 linked to the class A common stock of Baker Hughes Co., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Investors will receive a coupon of 9.75%, paid quarterly, if the underlying stock closes at or above its 65% trigger level on the related quarterly observation date, plus any previously unpaid coupons.

The securities will be called automatically at par if the closing price of the underlying stock is greater than or equal to its initial price on any quarterly review date starting Sept. 26, 2024.

At maturity, the payout will be par unless the stock finishes below its 65% trigger level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the stock.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
