Prospect News reports two new defaults for week of March 19-March 25

Pittsburgh, March 27 – Prospect News reported two new defaults for the week of March 19 through March 25.

Specifically, Prospect News reported Chapter 11 bankruptcy filings made by Echo Energy Partners I, LLC and Sheridan Holding Co. I, LLC.

In addition, Prospect News reported missed payments on Reliance Capital Ltd.’s non-convertible debentures due March 21 and non-convertible debentures due March 22, but the company had previously defaulted in connection with a March 18 missed payment.

So far in 2020, Prospect News has reported 64 defaults, including 43 Chapter 11 bankruptcy filings, 10 missed interest payments, six missed payments, four missed principal payments and one Chapter 7 bankruptcy filing.
