Epic Healthcare closes $104.3 million loan via Oxford Finance

Columbus, Ohio, March 11 – Epic Healthcare Staffing closed a $104.3 million senior secured credit facility with Oxford Finance LLC, according to a news release.

Proceeds may be used for general working capital purposes.

Based in Kingston Springs, Tenn., Epic Healthcare Staffing is a diversified national provider of staffing services to health care and life sciences industries that was formed through the combination of Cirrus Medical Staffing, Emerald Health Services, PharmaLogics Recruiting, Guardian Health Services and Orbis Clinical.

Concurrently with the refinancing, Epic Healthcare’s life science segment acquired Orbis Data Solutions.
