By William Gullotti

Buffalo, N.Y., Oct. 13 – Estonia’s Luminor Bank AS will redeem its €300 million 0.539% fixed-to-floating-rate notes due Sept. 23, 2026 (ISIN: XS2388084480) on Dec. 3, according to a company announcement on Friday.

The bank will redeem all of the outstanding €217,005,000 notes at par plus accrued and unpaid interest.

The listing for the notes on the Irish Stock Exchange will be canceled on, or shortly after, the redemption date.

The €300 million series settled Sept. 23, 2021 and is being called prior to the commencement of its floating-rate period, which would have started Sept. 23, 2025.

The bank is based in Tallinn.
