Estonia’s Luminor Bank plans €300 million four-year global notes

Chicago, May 31 – Luminor Bank AS is planning to sell €300 million of four-year global notes, according to a notice.

The senior preferred notes will come with three years of call protection.

The Regulation S offering lists J.P. Morgan SE, DNB Markets, Luminor Markets and Commerzbank as bookrunners.

Listing will be in Dublin.

The bank is based in Tallinn, Estonia, with branches in Latvia and Lithuania.
