Truist Bank planning floating-rate notes due January 2024; price talk SOFR plus 30 bps area

Chicago, Sept. 8 – Truist Bank is planning to sell a single tranche of floating-rate notes due Jan. 17, 2024, a market source noted.

The notes are being talked in the SOFR plus 30 basis points area.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Truist Securities Inc. are listed as bookrunners.

Truist is a Charlotte, N.C.-based bank.
