Dryden 50 Senior Loan fund holders mull redemption via refinancing

Columbus, Ohio, March 2 – Dryden 50 Senior Loan fund said some of its subordinated noteholders are exploring a redemption of one or more classes of its rated notes via refinancing, according to a notice.

Holders of the following were notified:

• The class X notes (Cusips: 262431AA7, G2853AAA2);

• The class A-1 notes (Cusips: 262431AB5, G2853AAB0);

• The class A-2 notes (Cusips: 262431AC3, G2853AAC8);

• The class B notes (Cusips: 262431AD1, G2853AAD6);

• The class C notes (Cusips: 262431AE9, G2853AAE4);

• The class D notes (Cusips: 262431AF6, G2853AAF1);

• The class E notes (Cusips: 262431AG4, G2853AAG9); and

• The subordinated notes (Cusips: 262430AA9, G2853BAA0).
