New Issue: JPMorgan prices $3.32 million review notes linked to two ETFs

New York, Oct. 2 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $3.32 million of 0% review notes due Oct. 1, 2026 linked to the Industrial Select Sector SPDR Fund and the iShares Russell 1000 Value ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be called automatically at par plus a call premium of 7.8% per year if the worst performing ETF closes at or above its call level on any quarterly valuation date starting March 26, 2024. Call level starts equal to initial level for the first through third valuation dates, stepping down to 95% of initial level for the fourth through seventh dates and to 90% for the eighth through final dates.

If the worst performing ETF ends at or above its 75% downside threshold, the payout at maturity will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing ETF declines from initial level.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
