Affiliated Creditors secures access to Regions Bank cash collateral

Pittsburgh, March 2 – Affiliated Creditors, Inc. secured court approval to access the cash collateral of Regions Bank on an interim basis, according to an order filed Monday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Tennessee.
The final hearing is scheduled for March 10.
As previously reported, the cash collateral will be used to fund the company’s operations while in bankruptcy.
Affiliated Creditors is a Nashville-based debt collection agency. The company filed bankruptcy on Feb. 22 under Chapter 11 case number 20-01132.
