New Issue: Kazakhstan Sustainability sells KZT 6.63 billion more 8˝% bonds due 2023

Los Angeles, May 18 – Kazakhstan Sustainability Fund placed KZT 6,630,500,000 of additional 8˝% bonds due 2023 at a special trading session held on Friday, according to a Kazakhstan Stock Exchange notice.

The bonds were sold at a “clean” price of 93.3207 to yield 11.4%.

The amount placed represents 132.6% of the company’s planned issuance of KZT 5 billion of bonds.

The Almaty, Kazakhstan-based lender had registered to issue up to KZT 100 billion of the 8˝% three-year bonds and previously placed KZT 36,997,750,000 of the bonds.
