Halcyon Loan Advisors European Funding 2017-1 holders mull redemption

Olympia, Wash., Feb. 19 – Halcyon Loan Advisors European Funding 2017-1 DAC said some holders of its subordinated notes and its collateral manager have discussed a potential redemption of its rated notes in whole or in part by refinancing.

The rated notes include the following:

• €190 million of class A senior secured floating-rate notes due 2030 (ISINs: (XS1628800044, XS1628801018, XS1628801109, XS1628801281, XS1628801364, XS1628801521);

• €34 million of class B-1 senior secured floating-rate notes due 2030 (ISINs: XS1628801448, XS1628801877, XS1628801950, XS1628801794, XS1628802099, XS1628802255);

• €10 million of class B-2 senior secured fixed-rate notes due 2030 (ISINs: XS1628802503, XS1628802172, XS1628802339, XS1628802842, XS1628802412, XS1628802685);

• €22.5 million of class C senior secured deferrable floating-rate notes due 2030 (ISINs: XS1628803063, XS1628802768, XS1628802925, XS1628803659, XS1628803147, XS1628803220);

• €16.5 million of class D senior secured deferrable floating-rate notes due 2030 (ISINs: XS1628803733, XS1628803493, XS1628803576, XS1628804038, XS1628803816, XS1628803907);

• €18.2 million of class E senior secured deferrable floating-rate notes due 2030 (ISINs: XS1628804111, XS1628804384); and

• €9.5 million of class F senior secured deferrable floating-rate notes due 2030 (ISINs: XS1628804624, XS1628804202).
