Chicago, July 1 – Singapore’s Aspial Treasury Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary of Aspial Corp. Ltd., issued S$70 million of new 6% one-year notes, according to a notice.
The issue is comprised of S$66 million of notes that were part of an exchange offer and S$4 million of additional notes that were issued as part of a new issue.
The notes are guaranteed by Aspial.
CIMB Bank Bhd., Singapore Branch was the dealer manager for the exchange invitation and the lead manager and bookrunner for the additional notes.
Proceeds will be used for financing general corporate funding requirements or investments of Aspial Corp. and its subsidiaries, working capital and capital expenditures of the group.
Aspial is a Singapore-based company operating in jewelry retail, property development and financial services.
