Prospect News reports six new defaults for week of Feb. 6 to Feb. 12

Pittsburgh, Feb. 14 – Prospect News reported six new defaults for the week of Feb. 6 through Feb. 12.

Specifically, Prospect News reported Chapter 11 bankruptcy filings made by RentPath Holdings, Inc., Murray Metallurgical Coal Holdings, LLC, American Commercial Lines, Inc. and GenCanna Global USA, Inc. and missed interest payments on Strawinsky I plc’s class D notes and Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services Ltd.’s series 2017 I-M debentures.

So far in 2020, Prospect News has reported 32 defaults, including 22 Chapter 11 bankruptcy filings, seven missed interest payments, two missed principal payments and one Chapter 7 bankruptcy filing.
