Klaveness Combination eyes sustainability-linked bond issue

By Mary-Katherine Stinson

Lexington, Ky., Aug. 25 – Klaveness Combination Carriers ASA has mandated Danske Bank, Nordea, Pareto Securities and SEB as joint lead managers to arrange a series of fixed-income investor meetings starting Monday, ahead of a possible NOK-denominated five-year senior sustainability-linked bond issue, according to an announcement.

SEB will also act as sustainability structuring advisor.

In conjunction with the potential bond issue, the company will consider a conditional buyback of its KCC04 bonds maturing Feb. 11, 2025 (ISIN: NO0010874530).

Proceeds from the potential bond issue will be used for the partial refinancing of the 2025 bonds and for general corporate purposes.

Klaveness Combination Carriers is a fleet operator based in Oslo.
