Dewberry gets $186 million loan via H.I.G., Square Mile for expansion

Columbus, Ohio, Jan.30 – Dewberry Group obtained a $186 million loan originated by H.I.G. Realty Partners and Square Mile Capital Management LLC to finance the renovation and expansion of the Campanile Building, according to a news release.

The office and retail building is in the Midtown submarket of Atlanta. The comprehensive renovation plan will expand the existing building from 445,000 square feet to 626,000 square feet, with the addition of new ground-floor retail included.

Atlanta-based Dewberry has owned the Campanile Building since 2010.
