Citigroup to price PLUS due 2021 tied to basket of ETFs

Olympia, Wash., Jan. 28 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. plans to price 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due March 4, 2021 linked to an equally-weighted basket of the iShares MSCI Brazil ETF, the iShares MSCI India ETF, the iShares China Large-Cap ETF and the VanEck Vectors Russia ETF, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus triple any basket gain, up to a maximum payment of par plus 14%.

Investors will be exposed to any losses.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the agent. Morgan Stanley Wealth Management is handling distribution.

The notes will price on Jan. 31.

The Cusip number is 17327U848.
