Howmet Aerospace redeems $200 million portion of 5.125% notes

Columbus, Ohio, Sept. 28 – Howmet Aerospace, Inc. completed the redemption of a $200 million portion of its 5.125% notes due 2024 (Cusip: 013817AW1) on Sept. 28 for a total redemption price of about $205 million, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The redemption price reflected par plus $5 million of accrued interest.

Following the redemption, $705 million of the notes will remain outstanding.

Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.

Pittsburgh-based Howmet is a global provider of advanced engineered solutions for the aerospace and transportation industries.
