Milos CLO directed to redeem all classes of secured notes on Feb. 21

Olympia, Wash., Feb. 12 – Milos CLO, Ltd./Milos CLO, LLC said its collateral manager and holders of a majority of its subordinated notes have directed the issuer to redeem in whole all classes of its secured notes on Feb. 21.

The following notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest:

• $325 million of class A notes (Cusips: 60162PAA0, G61354AA7) for a redemption price of $325,858,930.13;

• $55 million of class B notes (Cusips: 60162PAB8, G61354AB5) for a redemption price of $55,166,669.91;

• $27.5 million of class C notes (Cusips: 60162PAC6, G61354AC3) for a redemption price of $27,596,359.26;

• $30 million of class D notes (Cusips: 60162PAD4, G61354AD1) for a redemption price of $30,134,827.53; and

• $22.5 million of class E notes (Cusips: 60162QAA8, G61351AA3) for a redemption price of $22,657,308.14.

The subordinated notes (Cusips: 60162QAB6, G61351AB1) will not be redeemed.
