Yuexiu REIT lists $1.5 billion guaranteed medium-term note program

New York, Jan. 25 – Yuexiu REIT MTN Co. Ltd. has launched a $1.5 billion guaranteed medium-term note program, according to a company announcement.

HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Asia) Ltd. will be the guarantor for notes under the program, while Yuexiu REIT Asset Management Ltd. will be the manager for the Regulation S program.

Yuexiu is a real estate investment trust based in Hong Kong.
