Fitch rates Adams Homes notes BB-

Fitch Ratings said it assigned BB-/RR3 ratings to Adams Homes, Inc.'s planned offering of senior unsecured notes.

The agency also affirmed Adams’ ratings, including its senior unsecured revolving credit facility at BB+/RR1 and senior unsecured notes due 2025 at BB-/RR3.

The company intends to use the proceeds to repay revolver borrowings, tender a portion of its senior unsecured notes due 2025 and for general corporate purposes.

The outlook is stable.
