Broadstripe exclusivity extended; deadline to file plan now July 31

Portland, Ore., May 13 - Broadstripe LLC obtained an extension to exclusive periods to file a plan of reorganization and solicit votes on the plan, according to a Wednesday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The exclusive plan-filing period was extended to July 31 and the solicitation period to Sept. 29.

Broadstripe, a St. Louis provider of integrated video, broadband and home phone services, filed for bankruptcy on Jan. 2. Its Chapter 11 case number is 09-10006.
