Broadstripe creditors committee reappointed following resignation

Pittsburgh, Jan. 28 - Broadstripe, LLC's official committee of unsecured creditors was reappointed Wednesday by acting Region 3 U.S. trustee Roberta A. DeAngelis to reflect the resignation of one member, according to a filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

Specifically, Melanie A. McMullen of the National Cable Television Cooperative, Inc. has resigned from the committee.

The committee is now comprised of Dan Shoemaker of James Cable, LLC, Troy, Mich.; James R. Balkovic of Tailwind Communications, Inc., Camp Hill, Pa.; Dennis Snyder of Decibels, Inc., Spanaway, Wash.; Christian Adams of Adams Cable Equipment, Inc., Overland Park, Kan.; Jim Johnson of Cintas Corp., Mason, Ohio; and Michael Joseph Haley of TCR Sports Broadcasting Holding, LLP, Baltimore.

Broadstripe, a St. Louis provider of integrated video, broadband and home phone services, filed for bankruptcy on Jan. 2. Its Chapter 11 case number is 09-10006.
