Sunnova Energy decreases credit agreement by $10 million

Chicago, Sept. 30 – A Sunnova Energy International Inc. wholly owned subsidiary used an 11th amendment to decrease the maximum facility amount on its credit facility to $575 million, a $10 million reduction, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The Sept. 28 amendment also amends some provisions relating to the agent’s allocation of certain payments made to the lenders.

Credit Suisse AG, New York is the agent.

The amendment relates to a March 27, 2019 credit facility.

Sunnova is a Houston-based solar energy company.
