Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 26 – Sunnova Energy International Inc. completed an issuance of $155.8 million of solar loan-backed notes on Tuesday, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Sunnova issued $68.4 million of 2.03% solar loan-backed notes, series 2021-C class A (Kroll: AA-); $55.9 million of 2.33% solar loan-backed notes, series 2021-C class B (Kroll: A-); and $31.5 million of 2.63% solar loan-backed notes, series 2021-C class C (Kroll: BBB-).
Sunnova is a Houston-based solar energy company.
