Stonegate lifts senior bridge facilities agreement by £100 million

Olympia, Wash., Feb. 28 – Stonegate Pub Co. and Stonegate Pub. Co. Bidco Ltd. amended and restated their senior bridge facilities agreement on Thursday and upsized the facilities by £100 million to £1.45 billion, according to a notice.

Stonegate is a Luton, England-based privately owned managed pub company.
