Prospect News reports four new defaults for week of Dec. 19-Dec. 25

Pittsburgh, Dec. 30 – Prospect News reported four new defaults for the week of Dec. 19 through Dec. 25.

Specifically, Prospect News reported Chapter 11 bankruptcy filings made by Seabras 1 Bermuda Ltd. and Melinta Therapeutics, Inc. and Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act filings by Nemaska Lithium Inc. and Lydian International Ltd.

So far in 2019, Prospect News has reported 169 defaults, including 120 Chapter 11 bankruptcy filings, 20 missed interest payments, seven missed principal payments, six Chapter 15 bankruptcy filings, three Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act proceedings, two each of Chapter 7 bankruptcy filings, schemes of arrangement, administrations, missed principal and interest payments and missed payments and one each of safeguard proceedings, self-administrations and provisional liquidations.
