Yorkshire Water Services to redeem three series of bonds March 16

Lexington, Ky., Feb. 14 – Yorkshire Water Services Finance Ltd. will redeem its £200 million 5.375% guaranteed bonds due 2023 (ISIN: XS0163115701), £240 million 6.625% guaranteed bonds due 2031 (ISIN: XS0109437441) and £100 million 3.048% guaranteed retail price index-linked bonds due 2033 (ISIN: XS0163125502) issued by Yorkshire Water Services Finance and guaranteed by Yorkshire Water Services Ltd. on March 16, according to multiple notices.

The redemption prices will be announced at a date prior to the redemption.

Yorkshire is a Bradford, England-based water supply and treatment utility company.
