New Issue: China’s Seazen sells $250 million 6% senior notes due 2024 at par
Chicago, Aug. 6 – Seazen Group Ltd. sold $250 million 6% senior notes due Aug. 12, 2024 (BB) at par, according to an announcement.
Haitong International Securities Co. Ltd., CLSA Ltd., CMB International Capital Ltd., Central Wealth Securities Investment Ltd. and Seazen Resources Securities Ltd. are the bookrunners for the offering.
Proceeds from the Regulation S issue will be used to repay offshore debt.
Seazen is a Shanghai-based real estate developer.
