Truist Financial plans to issue medium-term notes due 2027

Knoxville, Tenn., July 30 – Truist Financial Corp. intends to price an offering of series G medium-term notes due August 2027, according to a 424B3 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes may be called at par in June 2027.

The notes will price in July and settle in August.

SunTrust Robinson Humphrey Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and RBC Capital Markets Corp. are the bookrunners.

Truist is a Charlotte, N.C.-based bank holding company.
