Fusion Connect plan largely rejected by general unsecured creditors

Pittsburgh, Dec. 12 – Fusion Connect, Inc.’s Chapter 11 plan was rejected by voting general unsecured creditors with claims against 14 of 19 debtors, according to a ballot report filed Thursday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

Specifically, holders of general unsecured claims against the Bircan Holdings LLC, Fusion BCHI Acquisition LLC, Fusion CB Holdings Inc., Fusion Communications LLC, Fusion MPHC Group Inc., Fusion Management Services LLC, Fusion NBS Acquisition Corp., Fusion PM Holdings Inc., Fusion Telecom of Kansas LLC, Fusion Telecom of Missouri LLC, Fusion Telecom of Oklahoma LLC, Fusion Telecom LLC, Fusion Texas Holdings Inc. and Fusion MPHC Holding Corp. debtors rejected the plan.

Holders of general unsecured claims against the Fusion Cloud Co., LLC, Fusion Cloud Services LLC, Fusion Connect, Fusion LLC and Fusion Telecom of Texas Ltd. LLP debtors voted to accept the plan.

Meanwhile, the classes of first-lien and second-lien creditors against all of the debtors voted to accept the plan.

The plan confirmation hearing is scheduled for Dec. 17.

Fusion is a New York-based cloud services provider. The company filed bankruptcy on June 3, 2019 under Chapter 11 case number 19-11811.
