New Issue: Tianfeng Securities prices add-on of $100 million 4.3% notes due 2022

Detroit, Dec. 17 – Tianfeng Securities Co., Ltd. has priced an additional $100 million of its 4.3% notes due 2022, according to a notice.
The new notes will form a single series with the company’s $200 million of 4.3% notes issued Dec. 9, 2019.
Joint global coordinators and joint lead managers on the Regulation S deal were TF International, China Minsheng Banking Corp., Ltd., Hong Kong Branch, CMBC Capital, ABC International, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Hong Kong Branch and ICBC (Macau).
Application has been made to list the notes on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Ltd. A listing is expected Dec. 18.
The securities brokerage is based in Wuhan, China.
