Hermitage Offshore picks winning bidder for vessels, cancels auction

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 7 – Hermitage Offshore Services Ltd. has selected Pearl Bidco AS as the successful bidder for 10 of its offshore vessels, according to a notice filed Thursday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

The company cancelled the auction that was previously set to take place on Oct. 7.

If no objection is filed by noon ET on Oct. 9, the sale may be approved without a sale hearing.

Hermitage Offshore is a Hamilton, Bermuda-based offshore support vessel company that owns vessels operating primarily in the North Sea or the West Coast of Africa. The company filed bankruptcy on Aug. 11 under Chapter 11 case number 20-11850.
