Bank of Sharjah to offer dollar-denominated seven-year notes

New York, June 2 – Bank of Sharjah PJSC plans to issue dollar-denominated seven-year notes of benchmark size, according to a notice.

The notes will be issued by Sharjah Sukuk Programme Ltd. and guaranteed by the government of the Emirate of Sharjah.

HSBC, Bank ABC, Dubai Islamic Bank, Gulf International Bank, Mashreqbank and Sharjah Islamic Bank are stabilizing managers of the deal.

The bank is based in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
