Chicago, Oct. 10 – GS Finance Corp. priced $1.32 million of 0% index-linked notes due Oct. 2, 2025 linked to the performance of the S&P 500 Daily Risk Control 5% USD Excess Return index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
If the return of the index is zero or positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 163% of the index return.
Otherwise, the payout at maturity will be par plus the absolute value of the index return, capped at 200% of par.
