Owl Rock’s ORCC amends, extends credit agreement with Natixis

Chicago, April 19 – Owl Rock Capital Corp.’s ORCC Financing II LLC amended its secured credit facility on April 17 with Natixis, New York Branch as administrative agent, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The agreement is for an increased $250 million revolver. The term commitment was reduced to $0.

The amendment extends the maturity date to April 17, 2033 from Dec. 22, 2029.

Additionally, the reinvestment period is extended to April 22, 2025 from April 22, 2023.

The margin has been changed to a range of 230 basis points to 275 bps.

The advance rate was amended to 65% from 56%.

State Street Bank and Trust Co. is the collateral agent.

The specialty finance company is based in New York.
