New York, Dec. 10 – Grenke AG priced €75 million of perpetual notes at par, according to a regulatory filing.
The notes will be non-callable for six years.
HSBC and Deutsche Bank are the managers.
Grenke is a business bank based in Baden-Baden, Germany.
