British American Tobacco unit gives redemption price of 2.297% notes

Olympia, Wash., Sept. 12 – British American Tobacco plc subsidiary B.A.T Capital Corp. announced the redemption price for its $2.25 billion 2.297% notes due 2020, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed on Sept. 16 at $1,002.87 per $1,000 of notes plus accrued interest to the redemption date of $2.10558333 per $1,000 of notes.

British American Tobacco is a London-based multinational tobacco company.
