Moody's raises One Sky Flight

Moody's Investors Service said it upgraded its ratings for One Sky Flight, LLC, including the company's corporate family rating to B2 from B3 and probability of default rating to B2-PD from B3-PD and the rating on the company's senior secured credit facility to B2 from B3.

“The upgrades are supported by One Sky's steady financial performance over the last 18 months, as well as the company's strong cash generation and healthy balance sheet, which provides good financial flexibility,” Moody’s said in a press release.

The outlook is stable.
