Moody’s revises Sindicatum Renewable Energy view to negative

Moody’s Investors Service said it revised the ratings outlook on Sindicatum Renewable Energy Co. Pte Ltd’s green bonds to negative from stable, following the change in outlook on GuarantCo’s A1 issuer rating to negative from stable on Nov. 13.

The bonds are guaranteed by GuarantCo., which is in turn part of the Private Infrastructure Development Group.
