Chicago, Dec. 3 – WOM Mobile SA and its subsidiary WOM SA sold $450 million 6 7/8% guaranteed notes (B1/B+/BB-) due Nov. 26, 2024, according to a listing.
The notes were issued through Kenbourne Invest SA, a special purpose vehicle.
The notes are guaranteed by WOM and WOM Mobile.
Proceeds are expected to be used to refinance the group’s debts for approximately $330 million and the rest will be used for dividends.
WOM is a cell phone and mobile broadband company with headquarters in Santiago, Chile.
