New Issue: Heimstaden prices €300 million perpetual subordinated notes at 99.505

Los Angeles, Oct. 12 – Heimstaden AB priced €300 million of perpetual non-call 5.25-year fixed-rate subordinated notes (//BB-) at 99.505, according to a London Stock Exchange notice.

J.P. Morgan AG, Arctic Securities, Citigroup, Nordea and Swedbank are the managers.

The notes will be listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.

The real estate company is based in Malmo, Sweden.
