New Issue: Heimstaden sells €800 million 2 5/8% fixed to reset rate notes due 2026

New York, Feb. 26 – Heimstaden AB subsidiary Heimstaden Bostad AB priced €800 million of 2 5/8% subordinated fixed to reset rate notes due 2026 at 99.298, according to a regulatory announcement on Friday.

The Regulation S securities are non-callable for 6.25 years.

BNNP Paribas, Danske Bank, Deutsche Bank, ING and Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc are bookrunners of the notes.

Heimstaden is a real estate company based in Malmo, Sweden.
