Los Angeles, Sept. 7 – Inter-American Development Bank priced $2 billion of 4.5% 10-year notes on Wednesday at SOFR mid-swaps plus 48 basis points, or Treasuries plus 20.2 bps, according to a market source.
Initial price talk was in the SOFR mid-swaps plus 49 bps area.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc., RBC Capital Markets LLC, TD Securities (USA) LLC and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are the bookrunners.
The agency provides financing and technical assistance to businesses in Latin America and the Caribbean and is based in Washington, D.C.
