MagicLab plans new financing via Citi for buyout by Blackstone

New York, Nov. 8 – MagicLab plans on getting new financing led by Citi Global Capital Markets Inc. to help fund the acquisition of a majority stake in the company by Blackstone, according to a news release.

The transaction values the company at about $3 billion.

MagicLab builds and operates dating and social networking apps, including Bumble and Badoo.
